1. Refund Requests During the 14-day Period
Customers have the option to request a full refund within 14 days from the date of account creation by contacting our Digital Aakriti Support Team. We encourage users to reach out with any inquiries regarding app functionality, settings, and billing procedures. During this period, customers should ensure:
- The Digital Aakriti app fulfills their specific requirements.
- The Digital Aakriti app correctly displays and functions on their website, compatible with its general setup.
- Clear understanding of Digital Aakriti service functionality and billing procedures.
- Acknowledgment that Digital Aakriti subscriptions are recurring and will be automatically renewed at the end of each paid period.
Continued use of the Digital Aakriti service beyond the 14-day period implies acceptance of:
- Familiarity with the Digital Aakriti billing model.
- Agreement with the Digital Aakriti billing model and acceptance of the terms of use.
- General satisfaction with all aspects of the Digital Aakriti service, consenting to continued usage under the terms of use.
2. Refund Requests After the 14-day Period
Refunds after the 14-day period are considered under the following circumstances:
- Customer’s use-case is no longer supported due to changes on the Digital Aakriti app’s side.
- Customer experiences an issue or bug with the Digital Aakriti app that cannot be resolved by our developers within two weeks.
Refunds are NOT offered after the 14-day period for the following reasons:
- Failure to cancel the Digital Aakriti subscription before automatic renewal by a customer who no longer needs the app; customers are responsible for timely cancellations.
- Customer changes their mind about Digital Aakriti app usage for reasons unrelated to performance mid-paid period and cancels their subscription.
- Customer requests extensive customization or new functionality after the 14-day period, which is not feasible in the general context of the Digital Aakriti app.
No exceptions will be made for any other reasons, ensuring fair and equal treatment for all Digital Aakriti customers as per our policy.
If the Refund is Eligible, then the refund amount would be reflect in your source account in 7 business days.
Note: If you choose to terminate your subscription before the end of the term, you may request a refund calculated on a monthly pro rata basis, based on the standard (non-discounted) monthly plan rate.
